Antes de ser peatonal, Pearl Street era la típica calle principal llena de autos, que luchaba por sobrevivir frente al auge de los centros comerciales de los suburbios.

El Teatro Boulder
Prepárense para girar a la izquierda aquí y seguir el camino. Pero antes, miren a su derecha: el Teatro Boulder es uno de los íconos más reconocibles de la ciudad, famoso por su brillante torre de neón que se eleva sobre Pearl Street.

Abrió sus puertas en 1906 como la Ópera Curran, entreteniendo a los locales en los inicios del cine y el vodevil.
