Established in 2010 to preserve Maricopa’s history, here you will find information about Maricopa’s rich history that spans over thousands of years.

A great exhibit to check out is their “Oral history project”. This exhibit features a large collection of videotaped oral histories from various residents who are now no longer around to tell their stories.

If you’re interested in history and preservation, feel free to join the Maricopa Historical Society, they meet every First Monday of the month at the Maricopa Public Library.
