Come get your swing on and play some rounds of golf at Southern Dunes Golf Club on your left. This Golf club has been named in Golf Week’s “Top Casino Courses” and “Best Courses you can play” and for good reason.

This golf course has been the venue for high ranking tournaments such as an annual U.S. Open qualifying site, The PGA Section Championship, and several top collegiate golf tournaments

If you visit you’ve got to go to their onsite restaurant Arroyo Grille, especially on Sunday so you can take advantage of their 5 dollar Bloody Marys and Mimosas.

Head over to Native Grill and Wings on your right. Started in 1978 by Dynamic duo Floyd and Judy Anderson, they packed up the daughters from New York City and headed west to Arizona with a dream to open up a restaurant.

Home of the “Native” Wing, Native Grill and Wings were the first to bring their New York Wings to Sunny Arizona and it was a hit with locals ever since. Enjoy Mild Honey BBQ wings to extreme heat ghost pepper wings for the more adventurous.

Here on your left we will pass the Duke Golf Course at Rancho el Dorado, ranked number #1 “Player Friendly Course in Phoenix/Scottsdale" by Gold Tips Magazine.

This golf course has a 72 par, 18 hole championship styled golfourse perfect for any seasoned golfer. Enjoy the changing views of desert landscape and mountains with every hole.

Arizona is a popular golfing destination due to its temperate winter climate. Did you know that Arizona holds about 12 million rounds of golf every year?

On your right we will be passing the Maricopa Historical Society.

Established in 2010 to preserve Maricopa’s history, here you will find information about Maricopa’s rich history that spans over thousands of years.

A great exhibit to check out is their “Oral history project”. This exhibit features a large collection of videotaped oral histories from various residents who are now no longer around to tell their stories.

If you’re interested in history and preservation, feel free to join the Maricopa Historical Society, they meet every First Monday of the month at the Maricopa Public Library.

Please turn left on W Smith Enke Rd and then a right onto North Porter Road and then a right on Honeycutt Rd.

Enjoy the hidden gems that Pinal County has to offer here. Rustic rose is Pinal County’s beloved furniture resale store, locally sourced and locally sold to help benefit the community. Their stock changes often so make sure to visit frequently!

If you get hungry make sure to stop by the Sonora Hot Dogs and Taco Truck to get some of the best Mexican food in town. Their street tacos are a fan favorite but if you have a sweet tooth you’ve gotta try their fresas con crema.

You can turn right on west Honeycutt Avenue if you want to see Maricopa High School, or you can just stay on this road until we get to our next stop. Maricopa High School was first built in 1955. Go Rams!

Built in 2014, Copper sky is Pinal’s premier workout facility. They offer top of the line workout machines as well as free weights and group exercise classes. They even offer family friendly group-workout classes, perfect for all ages and abilities.

Their aquatic center features a 25 yard lap pool with diving board as a leisure pool with waterslide and even a rock climbing wall.

On top of the state of art facility, they host multiple competitive sports fields including basketball courts,sand volleyball courts, a skate park and eight illuminated multi-use fields.

On your right is AK Chin Circle Entertainment Center.

Ak Chin Circle is your one stop shop for entertainment here in Pinal County. Enjoy the latest film releases at the onsite movie theatre or enjoy a game of pins at the attached bowling alley.

That's not even all of it! They also have an arcade and laser tag arena!

Want something a little more relaxed? Enjoy a nice Sunday brunch or after work happy hour at their onsite bar and grill.

This makes it a perfect place for hosting birthday parties and social events.


Want some more adult oriented fun? Try your luck at the Harrah’s Ak Chin Casino and hey! you might even get lucky.

This casino has been serving the people of Pinal County since 1994. Enjoy casino favorites like table games that include poker and blackjack, bingo hall and over 1,000 slot machines!

If you're not feeling like betting, you can enjoy some poolside cocktails at their heated outdoor swimming pool.
